* Type gpedit.msc in the search box, select the Local Group Policy Editor from results. Local Group Policy Editor also allow you to setup apps activate with voice for all users in Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions.
* To take control multiple voice recognition software with your voice in Windows 10, scroll down to “Choose which apps can use voice activation” heading, pick up one of the apps from list and configure what you want to have. * If you would like to activate app to listen for a voice keyword and continue listening to the microphone on locked screen, set the option of “Allow apps to use voice activation when this device is locked” to ON. * Go to the right side pane, make sure the “Allow apps to use voice activation” option is turned on. * Click on Voice activation on the left side. Click on the Microphone tab in the left side, and set the related option to be ON. * Microphone access must be enabled on your device. * Select the Settings app (gear icon) from Start menu, and click on the Privacy category, * From your desktop, tap or click on the Windows button at the left-bottom corner.
